We needed help because we have moved into a flat with a Whirlpool fridge/freezer and had no instruction book about it. We thought the water filter needed replacing but were told that there was no filter in place anyway. A filter has now been ordered. The whole service was quick and efficient, when I phoned the engineers visit was arranged quickly for the next day. The engineer (Andrew) arrived at the stated time repaired the washing machine and made no mess.
